CTR Executive Search is a recruiting firm specializing in equipment leasing careers. Our capabilities are national in scope and we pride ourselves in identifying top producers for our clients. We work with a variety of lessors from divisions of Fortune 20 companies to boutique firms. Our clients range over most of the various niches of the industry and include bank affiliates, captives, and independents.

CTR’s principals have a combined 35 years of direct experience within the equipment leasing industry. This hands-on experience provides us with the ability to better understand the needs of both our clients and our candidates and ultimately leads to better matches for both. We have a track record of exposing our candidates to premier opportunities and for saving our clients time and resources by expeditiously and effectively filling their open positions.

Confidentiality: We treat all of the information that we receive with absolute discretion. Specifically, candidate resumes are never forwarded without express permission and we don’t disclose candidate’s identities to other contacts in the industry. We are equally circumspect with client information including, current staffing, compensation programs, competitive strategies and other potential trade secrets.
