Bill Rowe is the founder and primary principal of CTR Executive Search. He has enjoyed a thirty year career in sales, sales management, and general manager roles with operational responsibilities. Prior to becoming a recruiter, he spent approximately twenty years of his career in the equipment leasing arena serving in a variety of leadership roles. Consequently Bill is in a strong position to leverage his personal professional experience in the industry to understand and fulfill the needs and aspirations of his candidates and clients.

Bill is a California native having been born in San Francisco and raised in San Jose. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, he moved to southern California to begin his sales career. Currently he resides in Orange County with his wife and the three youngest of their five children. Bill lists his favorite pastimes as spending time with his family, the beach, and riding in the local foothills either on his mountain bike or horseback.
