Once we believe a match exists, we become your advocate with our client and will collaborate with you to present you as favorably as possible. If beneficial we will provide you constructive input to potentially improve the presentation of your resume as well as assisting your preparation for all interviews. Our goal in this is to help our client understand why we are excited to present you as a candidate for their consideration. Conversely, if we do not believe a match exists for any reason, we will be candid with you and share our reasons for not recommending you.

We will maintain our partnership and contact with you throughout the entire interview process including the presentation of an offer and acceptance.
